The stock was sourced from a top dealer in France, who has had the stock since it was botted at the Château. The stock has been verified and is in perfect condition. Within each original wooden case are twelve perfectly labeled 75cl bottles of the enormous first growth Bordeaux Chateau Latour.

The Market
We are able to offer each case at the reduced price of £6300. After scouring the four corners of the globe, we believe this to be the cheapest on the market. Some merchants have listed stock on this wine for as much as £6500.
This excellent vintage should mature around 2015. We know this is a little longer than a typical vintage but with a high concentration of an incredible bouquet and palate – it will be worth the wait!
When it is ready for drinking it stands in good position to be one of the best wines from 1996. A standard bottle of wine with a good finish would usually last around ten seconds, the finish on this high quality Chateau Latour lasts for almost a minute.
Château Latour is always a superb collectors item and our last recommendation on the wine saw an amazing 51% returns in the last two years. We believe the vintage 1996 has the potential to drive great returns as it has excellent ratings and superb quality.
