Wine Recommendation for March 2009

We sourced this parcel of wine from a London Merchant who is apart of our secure network here it holds bonded and in perfect condition awaiting for its future investors.

Château Latour has been zooming off the shelves since 2003, when that year they released the vintage 2003 addition for a minor £800 per case. Six years later and on today’s market, that same vintage is now trading for over £7000 per case.

The Market

Due to the wines exclusiveness, we have been very lucky to have secured this Chateau Latour 2002 at this price. We are offering each case of twelve bottles for just £2200. This is an amazing price and due to this being a very small placement, we can not guarantee you will secure a case.

When Clive Coates tasted this Latour 1998 vintage he said “it’s a great wine for investment and will definitely appreciate well with age.”

The Tasting Notes by Château rated this Latour a modest 22 points out of a possible 25. The Château expert went on to explain how over the next two years this wine will be ‘quite tremendous.’

Robert Parker, who is one of the most influential critics for French wines in the world of today, tasted this wine in 1999 and rated it a staggering 91 points out of 100, claiming that this wine will be mature enough to drink from 2007 up to 2025.

This means that the market is already starting to consume this exquisite blend from Bordeaux and search for this wine in the market, therefore this has an amazing short term investment potential for the next two to three years.

Our team of experts foresee an appreciation of 20% per annum over the next 3 years for this wine recommendation. Some merchants are offering cases of Château Latour 1998 in the trade for over £2500 in todays market.
