Lafite Rothschild 2007 as one of the highly traded wines
Not surprisingly, Lafite Rothschild 2007’s price has increased the most. It’s initial offering price in April 2009 was £1,900 and it’s peak at £8,200 in 2011.
Despite a 25.6% decline from it’s peak price, Lafite Rothschild 2007 is still traded at £6,525 today, the highest priced first growth for Vintage 2007. Lafite Rothschild 2007 has made 20% returns in 3 years.
But it still commands the highest market price amongst the 2007 first growths, due to its unmistakable popularity and one of the most highly traded wines in the world.
