This is now the seventh straight month that the Fine Wine Index has risen. Overall 2.1% for the top 100 Fine Wines. Big names such as Pontet Canet, Angelus and D’Yquem all went up dramatically between 9 and 14% for the month.
It is not too late to get on board with the growth of this market, as you can see in the chart below, we are still way off the highs of 2011 meaning there is still a lot of opportunity to add to an investment portfolio.
