COMMISSIONS
> On our trading platform, commission is built into the buyer and sellers price. We are proud to maintain the lowest commissions in the industry.
AMOUNT = 1.5% of the wine value per trade.
FINE WINE TRADING FEES
I. Admin Fee
> This fee is to cover the costs of administration and logistics of the wine by Sure Holdings. This charge occurs once at the time of purchase and once at the time of sale.
AMOUNT = 1% of the wine value purchased
II. Storage and Management Fee
> Charged bi-annually for the proper storage of wines in either our London or Bordeaux warehouses.
> Insurance is included in the storage fee.
> Also inclusive is our management fee which covers the active management and logistics of the wines in your portfolio

0.475% every 6 months 0.55% every 6 months
(Or 0.95% per year) (Or 1.10% per year)
III. Transfer of Wines out of Sure Holdings
> This fee relates to the removal of wines from Sure Holdings management service.
> This fee will not apply if the wines are sold via Sure Holdings.
AMOUNT: 5% of the current wine value. Delivery charges are not included in this fee.
IV. Condition Report Charges
> Where necessary, we ensure that professional wine storage operators examine, and report on, the condition of the wines. This is performed for wines that are:
- Vintages 10 years or older; or
- All incoming stock received effective 15th November 2013
> These reports will be repeated on a wine every 10 years in storage.
