If you are selling wine,
Champagne and Rhone Valley are showing excellent returns and there is more demand starting to appear in these markets lately.
If a wine is placed “for sale” it could already be sold and re-allocated to new wine. A liquidation form must be completed before placing a wine for sale to ensure it is not reallocated.
What are the best investment wines to buy now?
It is becoming harder to source wines below market value due to the demand in asset prices lately. First-growth wines remain bullish and second-growth wines are also in strong demand. Champagne and Rhone Valley are much lower entry points for investment. But they can be a longer-term investment return, if you are prepared to wait, the growth can be excellent.
